A3E Receive: Invoice to Stock, privacy policy

What the app accesses in your store

Products and variants (titles, SKUs, barcodes) to match invoice lines; your locations, to receive stock into the one you choose; and inventory quantities and cost per item, which the app reads and, only after you approve an invoice, changes. The app has no access to customers, orders or payments.

What we store

• The invoices you upload and the lines read from them, so you can review, receive and undo. Uploaded files are deleted from the reading queue within 24 hours; the lines stay with the invoice record until you uninstall.
• A record of each quantity and cost the app changed, so receiving can be undone exactly.
• Supplier item codes you matched to your products, so the next invoice matches automatically.
• Your settings (default location, alert threshold, language), plan and monthly usage, and the Shopify session needed to work in your store.

Invoices are read on our own servers in Canada by a model we run ourselves. They are never sent to a third-party AI service and never used to train any model.

Customer data

The app does not collect or store any personal data about your customers. Shopify's customer data requests therefore return nothing, and customer redaction requests have nothing to delete.

Deletion

When you uninstall the app, everything we hold about your store is deleted, and Shopify's shop redaction request deletes it again 48 hours later if anything remains.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. We never see a card number.
